2.1 Service Tiers

3.1 Account Requirements

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

3.2 Account Types

• Free Account: Limited access with usage restrictions
• Premium Subscription: Full access to all features (monthly or annual plans)

3.3 Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use Rinkflow. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

4.1 Premium Subscriptions

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed through your App Store or Google Play account
• Plans: Monthly ($9.99 USD/CAD) or Annual ($59.99 USD/CAD) options available
• Free Trial: 7-day free trial available for new subscribers
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled

4.2 Payment Terms

• Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at purchase confirmation
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless turned off 24 hours before the current period ends
• Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• Prices are in USD (or CAD for Canadian users) and may vary by region

4.3 Cancellation

• Cancel anytime through your App Store or Google Play account settings
• No refunds for partial subscription periods
• Access continues until the end of the current billing period
• Cancellation does not delete your account or data

4.4 Free Trial

• 7-day free trial for first-time subscribers only
• Automatically converts to paid subscription unless cancelled
• Cancel anytime during trial to avoid charges
• Trial can only be used once per account

4.5 Launch Pricing Guarantee

4.6 Changes to Subscription

• We may modify subscription prices with 30 days notice
• Launch period subscribers keep their original price indefinitely
• Existing subscriptions remain at current price until renewal
• We may add or modify features included in subscriptions

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create, including:

• Hockey drills and diagrams
• Practice plans
• Coaching notes
• Team information
• Profile information

5.2 License to Rinkflow

By uploading content, you grant Rinkflow a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Store and display your content
• Share content as you direct
• Create backups for service reliability
• Analyze usage patterns to improve the Service

5.3 Content Standards

You agree not to upload content that:

• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains malicious code or viruses
• Violates any applicable laws
• Is defamatory, obscene, or offensive
• Promotes violence or discrimination
• Misrepresents your identity or affiliation

7.1 Rinkflow Property

Rinkflow owns all rights to:

• The Service's design, features, and functionality
• The Rinkflow name, logo, and branding
• All software code and documentation
• Marketing and promotional materials

7.2 Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide become the property of Rinkflow and may be used without compensation to you.

9.1 Service Availability

• The Service is provided “as is” without warranties
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
• We may modify or discontinue features at any time

9.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Rinkflow is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months
• We are not responsible for user content or third-party services

9.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Rinkflow harmless from claims arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your content
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of others' rights

10.1 Termination by You

• You may terminate your account at any time
• Termination does not entitle you to refunds
• Your content may be deleted upon termination

10.2 Termination by Rinkflow

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Abuse the Service or other users
• Fail to pay subscription fees

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service ends immediately
• Your subscription (if any) is cancelled
• We may delete your content after 30 days
• Provisions that should survive termination remain in effect

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the Province of British Columbia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12.2 Dispute Resolution

• We encourage resolution through customer support first
• Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration
• Arbitration will be conducted under the rules of the British Columbia International Commercial Arbitration Centre (BCICAC)
• The arbitration will take place in Vancouver, British Columbia
• You waive the right to participate in class actions

13.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Rinkflow regarding the Service.

13.2 Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.

13.3 Waiver

Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

13.4 Assignment

You may not assign these Terms. Rinkflow may assign these Terms in connection with a merger or acquisition.
