How do I reset my password?
Use the “Forgot Password” link on the sign-in screen.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Go to your device's subscription settings to cancel.

Refunds are handled by the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Request a refund through your device's purchase history.
Technical Issues
The app is crashing, what should I do?
- Try force-closing and reopening the app
- Check for app updates in your app store
- Restart your device

My drills aren't syncing between devices
- Ensure you're signed in with the same account
- Check your internet connection
- Try pulling down to refresh
- Contact support if the issue continues
Privacy & Data
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Note that this action is permanent.
How do I export my data?
