How do I reset my password?

Use the “Forgot Password” link on the sign-in screen.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Profile → Subscription → Manage Subscription → Cancel.

Can I get a refund?

Contact billing@rinkflow.com within 7 days of purchase.

Technical Issues

The app is crashing, what should I do?

  1. Try force-closing and reopening the app
  2. Check for app updates in your app store
  3. Restart your device
  4. If issues persist, contact tech@rinkflow.com

My drills aren't syncing between devices

  1. Ensure you're signed in with the same account
  2. Check your internet connection
  3. Try pulling down to refresh
  4. Contact support if the issue continues

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Note that this action is permanent.
